1. No Refunds on Standard Purchases
All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable, except in the case of:
Wrong product delivered
Defective or damaged item received
Due to hygiene, customization, and fabric handling concerns, we do not accept refunds for reasons such as dislike of the design, color variation, or sizing issues.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged product (with proof).
You received a wrong item not matching your order.
The product is missing from the shipment.
To be eligible for a refund:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
You must email us with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.
Sizing issues for standard size garments.
Customized, altered, or made-to-order items.
Delays caused by courier or customs services (especially for export orders).
Return request raised after the 48-hour window.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
We will initiate a pickup (if applicable) or request you to courier the item to our address.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
5. Export Orders
All international/export orders are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange unless the item is clearly damaged upon arrival and reported immediately with photo evidence.
