5. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
International/Export Shipping:
Export orders are processed within 7–15 business days.
Import duties, taxes, or customs charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays due to courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our quality, but due to the nature of ethnic wear and hygiene reasons:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs via email.
Approved returns must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Note: Export orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven defective upon delivery.
7. Bulk & Export Orders
For bulk or international orders:
A minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply.
Customized design and branding options are available upon request.
Specific contract terms may be shared and agreed upon via email for large-value or export transactions.
All international sales are final.
